Accessible Seating:
The Ryan Center is accessible to all guests. All guest entrances are wheelchair accessible. The center features accessible seating and companion seating at all levels, convenient disability parking located in the Ram Lot outside the North Lobby, and assistive listening devices. Patrons requiring assistance should contact the Ryan Center in advance of their visit.  The Ryan Center is unable to provide wheelchairs for patrons.

Accessible Parking:
Accessible parking is located on a first-come, first-served basis in the Ram Parking Lot (if you have an ADA Parking Pass) located off of Plains Road. A state-approved parking permit is necessary for access to all ADA parking areas. Additional ADA parking in the Plain Road Lot and limited spaces in front of Keaney Gymnasium, located off of Route 138. We do allow drop-offs near the Ryan Center's North and South entrances to go park in the Plains Road Lot.

Age:
All individuals two years of age or older must posses a valid ticket for entry into the Ryan Center. A Child under two years of age is admitted free of charge for all events, provided that the child sits on the patron’s lap. Occasionally, a family show, (i.e., Harlem Globetrotters, the Circus, etc.) and Commencement Ceremonies will require a children younger than two years old to have a ticket.
Aisle:
For safety and as a courtesy to other ticket holders, patrons are prohibited from sitting or standing in aisles. Any guests not compliant may be subject to ejection.
Alcohol Policy:
The Ryan Center and Meade Stadium (URI Football) currently allow alcohol sales (Beer & Wine) at most events. For URI Men's and Women's Basketball, URI Football, and non-URI Athletic events (concerts, comedy shows, trade shows, etc.) beer and wine are available on an event-by-event basis to the general public in the concession stands as well as privately held areas such as luxury suites.  Ryan Center Concessions and URI Catering staff are trained in responsible alcohol service management.
Patrons that are 21+ will be permitted to take drinks back to their seats with a maximum of two (2) drinks per purchase.  All patrons will be required to have a dedicated wristband to purchase or consume beer and wine. Overly intoxicated and disorderly fans within the Ryan Center will be ejected and may be subject to arrest.
URI Football  - Beer and wine service will end with 5 minutes left in the 3rd quarter.
URI Basketball -  Beer and wine service will end 5 minutes into the second half.
Concerts and Events - Beer and wine service will end based on the show timeline and varies from show to show.
 
Alumni Lounge: The Alumni Lounge is the Ryan Center’s lounge for pre- and post-game events. It is reserved for use by the URI Athletic Department during URI Athletic events. During other events and non-event days, the room is available to rent for parties of up to 170 depending on availability. Please visit our Meeting Space page for more information.
Animals:
Trained service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are welcome at Ryan Center. 
Service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times, unless special circumstances exist, and are required to rest in the seating area of the guest with the disability, rather than the aisle. Guests with service animals may not take up an additional seat. If a seat is needed, a ticket must be purchased for the adjacent seat.
Automated Teller Machines (ATMs):
The Ryan Center has three ATM’s, located in the North Lobby by sections 102 and 103, North Concourse by section 201, and on the South Concourse by section 209.
Assistive Listening Devices:
Assistive Listening Devices are available at the Ryan Center Guest Services Center, located adjacent to the Main Ticket Office in the North Lobby area. To ensure that the devices are promptly returned, a major credit card or a driver's license will be held to use the devices.
