REFUNDS AVAILABLE AT ORIGINAL POINT OF PURCHASE
 
(Kingston, RI – November 18, 2009) Autumn Fest 2009, previously scheduled for Friday, November 20 at 8pm at The Ryan Center has been canceled. 
 
All tickets purchased via Ticketmaster.com or Ticketmaster charge-by-phone 800-745-3000 will be automatically refunded for their ticket purchase.  Should ticket holders have questions regarding their refund they should contact Ticketmaster at 800-653-8000.
 
All tickets purchased from a Ticketmaster Retail Outlet may receive a full refund by presenting the tickets yourself (in person) to the Retail Location where it was purchased. The refund will only be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets. If a credit card was used to make the refunded purchase, then only that actual credit card will receive the credit for the refund.

All tickets purchased at the Ryan Center Box Office may receive a full refund by presenting the tickets yourself (in person) at the Ryan Center Box Office.  The refund will be issued using only the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets. If a credit card was used to make the refunded purchase, then only that actual credit card will receive the credit for the refund.

The Ryan Center Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 10am until 6pm and Saturday from 10am until 2pm and will be closed on Wednesday, November 25 and Thursday, November 26.
