The Ryan Center offers three areas available to rent for your own private function including the North Concourse, South Concourse and the Alumni Room. The three spaces are perfect for corporate functions, meetings, banquets, birthday parties, and receptions!
North Concourse
Capacities*/Setups**:
- Seated: 48 (includes six round tables and two 8’ tables for catering)
- Standing: 75 (includes high top tables and two 8’ tables for catering)
- Mix: 40-65 (three to five round tables mixed with six to eight high top tables plus two 8’ tables for catering)

**Pipe and drape or tensa barrier is available for set-ups
User Fees^
- During a Ryan Center Event: $125.00
- During a Non-Event Day: $50.00-$150.00 (Depending on set up needs)

South Concourse

- Seated: 72 (includes nine round tables and two 8’ tables for catering)
- Standing: 100 (includes high top tables and two 8’ tables for catering)
- Mix: 50-75 (five to seven round tables mixed with six to eight high top tables plus two 8’ tables for catering)

- Seated: 96 (includes twelve round tables and two 8’ tables for catering)
- Classroom: 60 (includes 8’ table rows and two 8’ tables for catering)
- Lounge: 60 (includes coffee tables and lounge chairs)
- Theater: 100 (includes chairs in rows in an audience style)
- Meeting: 40 (includes “u-shape” of 8’ tables)
- Standing: 100 (includes high top tables and two 8’ tables for catering)

All catering must be done through URI Dining Services. For all food or beverage orders, please call Kathy Murray at (401) 874-4331. No outside food/beverage is allowed.
