In person at the Ryan Center Box Office, On-line at www.ticketmaster.com, via Ticketmaster by phone at 800-745-3000 or for URI Athletic events via the phone at 401-874-RAMS (7267) or in person at the Box Office

Assistive Listening Devices:
Assistive Listening Devices are available at the Ryan Center Guest Services Center, located adjacent to the Main Ticket Office in the North Lobby area. To ensure that the devices are promptly returned, a major credit card or a driver's license is required to use the devices.
Interpretive Services:
The Ryan Center will arrange for interpretive services if notified at the time of purchase for concerts and family shows. Sign language interpreter requests require two weeks advance notice of the show for scheduling. Patrons can call the Box Office at 401-874-7267 to a representative) or E-Mail to request this service.
Wheelchair Space Locations:
Guests with disabilities and their companions may enjoy wheelchair space locations that are dispersed throughout the arena and available at all price levels. In an effort to serve all patrons requesting accessible seating we limit the accessible seating area to two (2) tickets per customer. Other guests will be seated as close to the accessible section as possible. Please refer to the above listed phone numbers for seating inquires.
Unannounced Patrons:
Patrons needing accessible seating at the time of an event will be directed to Guest Services for availability, on a first-come first –served basis. Guest Services is located off the main lobby and is adjacent to the main ticketing box office.
Animals:
Only pets serving as guide, signal or service pets to aid guests with disabilities, and any animals that are an integral part of the approved show are permitted. Guests bringing in a service animal may not take up additional seats unless a ticket has been purchased for the adjacent seat, but may request accessible seating.
Elevators:
The Ryan Center has two (2) public elevators, one located in the North lobby (Northeast Corner) and the other is located in the South Lobby. Both elevators provide access to all levels.
Escorts:
Wheelchair Escorts are available for disabled guests who may need assistance getting to and from their seat. Ryan Center escorts will meet a guest at the entry doors and assist them to their seat, as well as meet them at the end of the event and escort them to the nearest exit. Parking:
Accessible parking is available in the Ram Lot directly outside the North Lobby of the Ryan Center located off Plains Road. Parking is available on first come, first served basis on the day of the event. A state-approved handicapped parking permit is necessary for access to all handicapped parking areas. There is additional ADA parking available in the Plains Road lot directly across the street from the Ryan Center. In addition, the Ram Lot is open for patron drop off and pick up.
